What a toss to win with these conditions.
Taylor made for Robinson and Archer will enjoy the Left handers in this Pakistan side.

The interview curse strikes again as young Azan falls to a golden duck.

After watching the 100's on TV, I'm expecting wides to be given as Archer strays down the leg side !

    That looks out !
    Or not.

That camera angle looked as if the ball was going to hit.

The fact that England have lost two reviews tells us that even the best cricketers in the world don't get it right so much of the time. And how difficult it is for umpires to do so when judging whether impact is outside the line or the ball has hit the bat or flicked the leg. Which is why it is so frustrating to see so many teams using co-ordinated and assumptive appeals to influence an umpire in club cricket.

Great to see that we've followed the lead of Australia and New Zealand in putting pressure on the batters by getting the keeper standing up relatively early in an innings.

More stupid cricket rules/ playing conditions.

2 balls left in the over. Tongue just got 2 wickets in 2 balls & so on a hat trick.

But its 4.40 at time for tea.

WTF  ???  How long would it take to bowl 2 balls  ??

    Bonkers.

Root standing at long on doesn't help. Would have a better view behind the stumps.

That was an innings that typifies Pakistan batting - one partnership of 91 with the other nine partnerships making just 80 between them.

Goes back to when DRS was first introduced and someone saying that if it was in existence when Geoffrey Boycott was playing then he'd use them all up himself !

You can not only split the atom but they split the cricket ball in half for Robinson and Tongue.
Both Josh and Ollie have a moiety to remember the day they shared a 'fifer'.

Rain this morning in Leeds. Looks like no play until after 2pm.

In future, whenever there is a drought can the ECB arrange a Test match . One sure fire way of bringing rain.
