    NJ's job needs to be looked at. We have shown we can do okay looking at the start of the season but now we are sinking without a trace.

    Jones has lost his marbles and if he can't get them together in the next week we have got to look at other options, the players clearly have no idea what they're supposed to be doing out there tactically, an utter shit show

    Objectively, losing away at Millwall isn't an unexpected result.
    But the manner of this "performance" is unacceptable on every level.
    Passing is pitiful
    Defending is pub standard
    Selections and substitutions are incomprehensible.
    TC has tried hard with Zero end product
    Dykes and Clarke have battled manfully 
    Nobody else who's played more than 10 minutes is worth their place

    This Crama is absolute quality. Wish we could find gems like this rather than depending on Macauley Gillesphey for 20+ games.

    We can't afford to sack Jones. I'm not even sure they'll be considering it.

    In classic Charlton fashion maybe they'll get him a couple of players he wants then sack him February 3rd.
