Must say Chambers and Clarke look quality signings, nice finishes from Carey and Dykes, well impressed on the first half showing...
They and Docherty have been outstanding.

Dykes sadly needs to be careful on a yellow
we can bring the quick boys on in the second half.

Almost seems sensible to get him off and wrap him in cotton wool.

Chambers looks decent. Pleased about that but more for the miserable fuckers who doubted him.
    Not what we need…….

Maybe Chambers really was first choice. Had a great half.

Are the underwhelmers feeling more whelmed by the transfers now?
    I actually feel whelmed.
    You'll get over it

Coady has looked competent. Adds leadership.

Hard to judge him too much outside of that as he has acres of space on the ball.

We’re playing well. If we can continue to find ways to get the Fullbacks up the pitch there’s more goals here.

The wingbacks, Leaburn and Doc been excellent. Nothing silly early second half please. Ref will want to even it up if he can

If we have to manage Chambers minutes then TC on the left an not Gillesphy - they are down to 10

Football is a funny game. Exactly the response that was needed so far. If things stay as they are and with Leicester due a 3-12 point deduction, they could be bang in trouble

  • With the added caveat of playing against 10 men. We look like we did earlier in the season, soaking up pressure limiting shots and attacking on the break, keep this up for the rest of the month and we are in a very good place

I'm gonna go against the negative Nancy's and say we will 100% pick up a point here. UTA.

Very good first half .. looked stronger and two excellent goals but Leicester still
have 2/3 players that can hurt us …. But it should be 3 and game over ref had  a shocker … Coady talking  to the players around him all the time ,… but this game not won yet but been a very encouraging first half … Chambers MOM in the first half

A mood lightening first half. Leicester look a bit beaten already and there’s potential for a couple more goals for us to reset our goal difference a bit. Primarily, there’s hopefully a nice professional second half to follow and seal the win.

All the January signings are contributing. Clarke continues to look a very solid signing and Chambers has had some good moments in attack while keeping their winger in that side quiet, so far. Coady has looked decent in the midfield role, albeit not the most testing game against 10 men, and Bell’s assured calm makes a big difference to the left side of our defence.

Looking forward to TC coming on and running at a tiring defence.

Impressed with Chambers, Clarke and Dykes. Coady looking good too. Leicester look poor though, so we really should be winning this one now.

Coady had a go at Lloyd Jones at one point towards the end of the half for playing it around at the back and inviting pressure instead of whacking it forward.

Kick in the bollocks for you all...

Lloyd Jones looks in some discomfort as he comes in at the break, Adam Coe assisting him.

    We've scored 2 great goals

We scored 3 great goals in that 1st half and the 4th official should let Kitchen know.

COYR's put this away with another goal early in the 2nd half.
My wife watched the Millwank game on TV and said "that manager of yours us like a demented ferret"!
Yeah - but he's our demented ferret!
