Has anybody that has bought a 2026/27 season ticket and opted for the e-ticket received a confirmation email yet that allows it to be downloaded into Google wallet?0

They could just say how many have been sold, which I suspect they would if it was a good figure.DOUCHER said:'surpassed the club’s highest Phase One sales total in over 10 years' - sounds like good news although i'm sure somebody will tell us why it isn't
Millwall have sold over 11,000, and I think will have to cap it soon. Suspect it will be the first ever season since the 92 return they’ll have more ST holders than us :-(0 -
I wouldn’t worry too much, they’re buying what they believe is a potential season ticket for the Premier League rather than another season in The Championship after a bottom 6 finish.AFKABartram said:

Of course they might not go up and then it’s another season of The Championship instead and those ST’s are still in the bank but that could quite easily change in 12 months if it’s a midtable finish in The Championship.

I think they have previously managed that with us in L1 and them in the Championship. They won't have with the clubs in the same division, IF that is what happens.AFKABartram said:

Obviously a lot of current season ticket holders were waiting to see if they were buying a league 1 ticket before they renewed, hence the larger last minute uptake after Saturdays result.2

Bit early for next season isn't it?tallboy said:Has anybody that has bought a 2026/27 season ticket and opted for the e-ticket received a confirmation email yet that allows it to be downloaded into Google wallet?0 -

I'm waiting until the final phase to pay max price and help with the summer transfer budget, it's the right thing to do.

That's what I thought as well but about an hour after purchasing I received a confirmation email telling me to download the e-ticket into Google Wallet but with no link to do it. I've emailed the ticket office to ask what is supposed to be happening.OhMyGodden said:

Don't worry, I'll buy the stadium back0 -
the club didn’t seem to make a big thing with flogging the Phase 1 renew / buy message. Over Monday and Tuesday, just 1 email sent on it.0

I got an email almost instantly with next season's e-tickets and the link to download to my Apple wallet.0 -
Sounds like discrimination against Android users, given our clubs commitment to diversity I find this absolutely disgraceful.bobmunro said:tallboy said:Has anybody that has bought a 2026/27 season ticket and opted for the e-ticket received a confirmation email yet that allows it to be downloaded into Google wallet?

Genuine question but why would they need to cap it?AFKABartram said:

I think the home areas hold about 16k so they're still well short.0 -
Because you need a decent number of tickets available on a single purchase basis. These cost more, keep non ST holders engaged and allow for new fans. You want a decent chunk of those, especially if you might be able to sell PL priced ticketsChris_from_Sidcup said:

That’s interesting. I assumed a club would rather sell 100% of home areas as STs rather than turn down STs on the off chance that they get a higher unit cost for walk ups. Bird in hand etc.fenaddick said:

I don't think there's a single team in the country who does that. For really big teams it also creates a limited market for ST's which makes them more attractive. If you're really digging into finance, foreign fans bring in more money on a per game basis than a ST holder. Their ticket is more expensive, they'll often buy merch in the shop and they're likely to spend more money on F&B as they don't know the local arease9addick said:

Absolutely no need in the Prem, surely you'd sell out with walkups each week anyway. Pretty sure there was even talk of us limiting how many Ise9addick said:

Interesting, surprised Charlton’s finances are in such a state given that we make about 10,000 tickets available to those lucrative foreign fans for every match!fenaddick said:
