NJ may get a song out of him, but it could backfire and fuck up our brilliant team spirit.
I’d rather we re-signed Coady if he is fit because he has a better influence on our squad.

I've softened to the idea of Skipp. We're still in a place where we need to take risks because we can't afford to buy guaranteed quality. Hopefully NJ can get him firing8

Leicester has been a complete disaster since Marseca left, the players do need to be held to account, but it’s been poor appointments at coaching level and owners who don’t care

I think the former. I can only find positive comments about his attitude from former managers such as Conte. Even Mourinho said: ""I see this kid being one day a future captain here by his character, by his personality. I feel really happy that he signed".
Of course, people can change. But Leicester have had a few terrible seasons, and it seems as though everyone associated with them has been tarnished by that

Don't mind a disagreement, but as you say, the way some of our fans talk to eachother on here and social media in general is a shambles.
Think it was chunes who said it before but some posters have turned the positive/ negative thing into a forum personality so now you've got people purposely going out their way and being aggy to desperately prove how much more positive/ negative they are than you.

I just think we can only rely on Chalobah for 10-15 games a year max...... I would suggest we use him as the rotation option in a 3 game week.... (ie he comes in for the midweek game etc). He cant do much more than that. We then have Mwamba who is young (brilliant but young).... can't play him every week. Doc going. My view is, the owners don't want to keep having to fund transfers and/or want there to be a bigger transfer kitty in 2/3 years time. So we are buying young players with potential so that we can sell on for £5m/£10m/£15m in the future. Azeez at Millwall being the latest example of that.
Will it work....who knows. Is it a gamble.....most definitely. It didn't work with Kahim Dixon and to a lesser extent Tanto & Apter.
I liked the look of him on the YouTube clip posted earlier, but he himself says he is a left winger who likes to cut inside. In the YouTube video he is shown playing on the right and it does look like he is predominantly right footed. Will he be the answer to our right wing woes ? Probabky not as a starter, which is a shame because neither TC nor Grant work playing on the right.
It might work out but it is far from what is needed and what we've been led to believe we've been keeping our powder dry for.

And if Chalobah is injury prone why did we bring him in ? Answer.....because he was cheap (free).

(And btw I'd stick with Mwamba as Chalobah's deputy).

Skipp is younger than Coventry, once cost £20m and is hated by one set of fans because he came in when they became crap and slid down the leagues, so pretty much every player in that squad is hated by them, but they've been a proper basket case for a couple of seasons and I don't think the problem is player level, I think it's more ingrained than that7
