Isn’t Levy a company associated with Daniel Levy of ex Tottenham fame?
I have spent some minutes searching for a Levy menu without success.
Does anybody have a link to their food choices?

Thanks Clive. I found that page before, but struggled to find a normal style menu there, as in a list of dishes and their ingredients with prices.

I think the Sous Chef ad is for the training ground

Confirmed that Gather & Gather are going and Levy are taking over (Subsidiary of Compass Group).
I've now got the hospitality brochure which I haven't read yet.
Here's an advert for a full-time Sous Chef for the Stadium. https://jobs.compass-group.co.uk/job/75795846

G & G merged with CH&CO group who then absorbed into Compass group, and Levy is part of Compass.

So in theory G & G are still in the picture

Interesting thank you. That would explain something that didn't make sense to me - that a Levy chef was already in the building and working with G&G.

Levy are a pretty big outfit that do a lot of event catering. Yes they have “absorbed” G&G so it’s not a change of contract in that sense. Hopefully there will be a bit of a look with fresh eyes at the overall F&B offering, not only hospitality.

It's quite sad when you hear of so many first hand accounts of how hospitality has been below par and for so long. The potential for income is huge when you consider we have three home stands all with potential hospitality offerings. Of course it's not helped the last 20 years on the pitch hasn't been great but there can't be too many clubs in The Championship able to match us yet no doubt our hospitality income is probably way down compared to others.

This season i've been to Bristol City, Hull City, Coventry, Southampton and Sheff Weds away games all decent sized grounds and all quite similar to The Valley in terms of capacity. Yet all of these grounds were only able to offer hospitality in one stand and that's with three of those grounds being built since The Valley was last redeveloped and Bristol City as good as rebuilt too. I think we sometimes forget just how much hospitality The Valley can offer and definitely needs doing better.
