If there has ever been a home banker for Sheff Weds this season, this will be it.

Charlton Athletic - Helping those in need since 1905.

Yep. This is one of the most predictable and "told you so" outcomes from the regular season fixtures all genuine fans will be expecting (put it in a set along with Millwall away and Swansea away last game).

I see they have made all tickets £20 for Owls members. Would have been nice to have just made all tickets £20 including us.

Very surprised that it's straight to general sale. Any particular reason?

Looking forward to it! Staying over and with it being record store day, we're hoping some good gigs will be going on!

Away allocation can go up to about 4,000 so I think common sense has been applied and they've seen no need for phases

It's a Saturday and not a bad journey from me. Very tempted to trundle along.

Train journey not too bad.Always good for a beer in Donny on route
  • I reckon every set of away fans visiting Hillsborough this season have said "banker home win" and all have been proven wrong. Let's hope we don't buck that trend.

Funny way to sell the seats. So Wednesday want to sell us WU1, WU5 and WU7 first, so that they can stick their fans between us if we don't sell enough?

It HAS to be Charlton doing this as I don't see why Wednesday would have requested this sale order.

Even weirder, you can't actually select WU1 or WU7 even if you wanted to.

Likewise mate! We're going to find a lively pub with good music. Will feed suggestions for the celebratory 3 points drinks!

This will be my 22nd visit to Hillsborough following Charlton, will it be my last, i wonder.
The only one i've missed since 1982 was our F.A Cup replay win in 2014.
