Just want us to go for it - right from the start. An attacking line-up - no six at the back stuff.
The only chance of seeing this while NJ is manager is to repeat it to yourself and picture it as you put your head on the pillow.

    It will be either:
    0-0
    1-0
    0-1
    1-1

This would be my last opportunity to see a match this season but I have decided against going. My record this season is one win, six defeats, five scored, sixteen conceded! We need three points and I can't help feeling that I have been a jinx...

I was confident we would win last Friday, and that didn't end well, with a deserved defeat. A better performance on Monday, that's the sort of energy we need, straight from the start.

NJ got a bit funky with his tactics on Monday, with both wingbacks tucking in more than usual, Chambers in particular being more like a central midfielder. I can't see us changing our shape for Preston though.

Think we are still in this and the bookies agree. Generous 50/1 now. Lose today and at Sheffield and you will be regretting not buying in. Do it now and do your bit for the cause.

Don't bet what you can't afford to lose.

I would feel dirty, sullied if I bet against Charlton.  Far worse than being positive about Millwall in the prediction league.

Cannot see us getting anything at Sheff Weds next week (it's just the Charlton way), makes today's game so important.

We will need more points to stay up this season.
  • Costello playing - surely we must have acadamy kids better than him - he strolls around has absolutely no pace and never breaks into a sweat - like playing with 10 men !!!  I have no problem with poor players that give 100% - he gives about 50%

No fucking idea how to win at home and two banana skin games away. Time to stop tinkering with players that don’t deliver and waiting until to 60 minutes to make a change if it’s not working
