Interesting signing , massively hyped as an academy prospect and would have worked with Skubala at Leeds.

Concerning to me is the number of foreign/overseas players arriving in the lower leagues. I apprecite they are probably 'cheaper' than UK born players, but so were Japanese cars and look what's happened to the British car industry
I can see a day in the not too distant future where there are hardly any Britsh (especially English) professional footballers left. Still there's always 'Football Manager' and Subbuteo
That’s not going to happen though.

Stoke sign GK Josh Griffiths from West Brom. Was absolutely outstanding against us in League 1 but also dropped the absolute clanger letting in Carey's injury time winner last season for WBA. Probably gone there as backup to the best keeper in the league in Viktor Johansson.

Bristol City are very active. They’ve signed Gibson Yah from Volendam

Feels like Championship clubs are moving earlier this summer. Makes sense though, because once the season gets close everyone starts paying panic prices.

Not true, though it may feel like that. There had been 54 by the end of 1 July last summer - Only 28 so far, so we'd need 26 in the next 2 days to reach that level.

    "Jimmy-Jay Morgan - Chelsea (£4m)"

4m for a 20 year old with no appearances at Championship level shows you what we're up against with a relatively small budget.

Now thats how you make a profit... Didnt expect to see that sort of transfer!!
Ridiculous given how he cost £1.5m last year, would feel thats a bit of a over the top fee from Stoke to be honest

Feels like Stoke are going for a massive course correction after last season. £10m on Gailbraith seems slightly steep but what a great bit of business from Swansea to turn that kind of profit in one season

Down to money apparently, Galbraith thinking he deserved a bigger contract and kicking his toys out of the pram. Hopefully NJ can send this to the owners to tell them to back him on players like Galbraith and they can quickly turn a tidy profit.

Bristol City are really going for it, and have bid for Orient's Dom Ballard.

Orient have rejected the bid, presumably saying it was a vile offer.
