With Ross Stewart, it's more that he wants to go, rather than them releasing him.

Indeed it seems that they had a one year extension clause, but failed to trigger it in time, due to the Spygate sage...

He definitely could but It’s whether other clubs want to gamble on him, being very injury prone. considering we have a lot of available options but no one near his quality hope we’d at least have a look at it as an option

When I 'advocated' for him I was forgetting his injury record .. last thing we need is another expensive casualty clogging up the physio's rooms

If he wasn’t injury prone this wouldn’t even be a discussion

Birmingham activate the permanent clause they had on Colombian midfielder Jhon Solis.

#dcfc transfer news - Derby are close to agreeing a deal worth around £6m with Red Bull Salzburg for midfielder Bobby Clark. Club is hopeful of Clark undergoing a medical later this week if talks continue to advance. Was Derby's Young POTS last season after joining on loan

That's a really good signing for them. Was very impressed with him against us at home.

Derby really going for it, if they can spend £6m on a player.

Do they have any sellable assets?

Would have been Agyemang pre injury , rest of the squad isn't full of players that would command a big fee. Few rumours that Turki Alashikh is eyeing up a stake but that'll probably come to nothing like his attempts with Millwall and Bristol City

Annoying.  I mentioned him earlier in our own transfer thread as someone I would have liked us to go for.  Another shrewd Millwall signing imo.  They really do have their recruitment nailed.

Yeah this is another annoyingly good signing for them. Type of profile I thought we would have been in for.

What sort of player is he? Don’t know much about him tbh.

You imagine he'll be a backup player for Millwall, being slowly introduced to the first team, whereas we need 1st choice players.

Box to box type , seems to only score screamers. Really good on the ball. Will be interesting to see where he fits in with the likes of Mazou-Sacko, De Norre and Billy Mitchell if he's given a new deal.

He played 48 times for Bradford last season & won a host of awards. I doubt very much he'll be a bit part player.

A good young L1 player is unlikely to be a guaranteed starter for a top 6 Championship team.

And yet we have people on here clamouring for a league 2 player to be a regular starter for us

Yep, very well suited to the press both our managers like to play.  The Bradford fans rated him very highly.

Exciting. Apparently we’ve been tracking him since his Everton days.

Pretty sure Mitchell is on his way out.

If only we had their head of recruitment…
