    Duel (1971)

David Mann is a middle-aged salesman driving on a business trip. He encounters a dilapidated tanker truck in the Mojave Desert. Mann passes the truck, but the truck speeds up and roars past him. When Mann overtakes and passes it again, the truck blasts its horn.

    The battle begins.

Great, intense film and Spielberg's first movie.
Great shout. Dennis Weaver is great in this
His fear feels real. Great performance. Brilliant film.

The assassination of of Jesse’s James by the coward Robert Ford.

Just a superb film in all aspects, great story well told. And the visuals are amazing.

What the fuck you looking at?

    YOU, YOU C***

You can almost feel the rage. Incredible film - with an absolute tour de force of a performance from Paddy Considine

Kebbel's performance is up there with Di Caprio in What's eating gilbert grape too. Gary Strong brilliant too for a boxer turner actor.

Sitting Ducks……1980 American light hearted comedy about two most unlikely guys who foolhardily decide to rip off the mob and take off on the run across the country, whilst having some crazy and amusing adventures along the way, with the mob close on their heels.
Some fabulous realistic believable character acting from a very talented cast (not sure they actually read from a set script), ……...I loved it and came away with a real happy smile on my face.

25th Hour is mustard - but I am a bit of a Spike Lee fan (his earlier stuff especially) 👍🏼

So very many films I've seen and loved, and I've been reminded of few reading through this thread.

    Avengers Endgame
    The Life of Brian
    Tangled
    No Country for Old Men
    The Prestige
The Good The Bad and the Ugly
    The Sting
    Inception

I may return and change all of these but it's a start.

The Harder They Fall.  It was Humphrey Bogart’s last film.  A boxing film which also had Jersey Joe Walcott in a cameo role.

Another boxing film I enjoyed was Million Dollar Baby which won the best film Oscar from memory.
