This is our 4th preseason friendly which is really worrying. I've seen no forward progress at all.
Players look slow, heavy touches, overhit long balls and little forward prowess and composure.4 -

This looks like we have switched to a more progressive formation to match the better teams but unfortunately don’t have the players for it2

I know friendlies don’t mean too much, but it’s scary that a crap league 1 side move the ball quicker than us and are forcing us into going long.Stream for our game went down for a bit so I stuck Bolton’s game on - they were knocking it about nicely against a pretty strong Everton side. Fingers crossed some points deductions get handed out this season.6

This is highlighting the lack of a tempo controlling midfielder. That player is more crucial in this system, especially when your striker has to deal with three centre backs. The whole game needs to move quicker9

I know this a pre season friendly but Bell is poor. Can't pass or rather always gives the ball away and positional sense is poor. Should have gone to Bradford.0
