Interestingly Reading also have a match on Friday night, away to Crawley. You’d hope they’re putting out a stronger side against us2

Very poor if so.Crispywood said:Reading sources say the game is likely to be cancelled no mention of whether it will take place somewhere else or whether we need to find a new fixtuee0 -
I blame Starmer 🥸7

Behind closed doors, not surprisingly.2 -
Our club new site says at the Valley at 2pm Saturday, behind closed doors but live streamed.ElfsborgAddick said:

Good way to beat them, tell them SL and we turn up at The Valley instead, might even get more than 2 goals out of us!msomerton said:

What a shit show. Such a shame for those that had planned to go (me included)5

I think we could still only win 1-0 because they wouldn't be able to 'kick-off' after we score.sam3110 said:

DW will give free entry to anyone who had a ticket to the Reading game.9

I do not know if this still applies, but in the '60s and '70s Reading was considered the most average town in England (or maybe the UK, I cannot remember) on various criteria, population size, area, income, age groups, education, employment, ethnicity, and so on. And was swarmed by market researchers and social statisticians.Alwaysneil said:Reading's a shithole anyway
If still true, it would follow from our poster's comment that England generally is a shithole.

Henry, I understood you were working overtime at the Museum on Saturday with a huge paper clip delivery, I am suddenly available to assist you with the heavy loading on this occasion.

It’s being lived streamed for free, I can’t imagine that there would be some hidden trial or player?Think it’s probably just a staffing thing and have areas available.6 -
I've never live streamed from Charlton TV website, silly question but how do you get it onto your tv?0

Easiest way is to plug a HDMI cord into your laptop & then into the TV & full screen the Charlton TV player2 -
You'd have to plug your laptop into your TV or port from whatever device you were using. If they had any sense the club would stream it on YouTube which would make it easy as you could use the YouTube app on your TV/Sky box/EE box/Playstation etc.twiggyaddick said:I've never live streamed from Charlton TV website, silly question but how do you get it onto your tv?4 -
Thanks gents much appreciated2

Shame for Knibbs who would have enjoyed going back to Reading2

Not often that I can contribute on social issues but can confirm that the last town to get "most average" was Didcot in 2017. The Dreaming Spires released the album Normal Town last year by way of tributewolfgang said:

Wonder if technically Reading are the home team still. NJ would be delighted with that...0

Charlton Life fan favourite Charlie Savage unlikely to feature tomorrow as he’s playing in Reading’s other game against Crawley0
-
Strange. You'd have thought their best player, certainly their biggest financial asset, would be playing against the much stronger opposition. Most of the rest of their team tonight was academy players.fenaddick said:Charlton Life fan favourite Charlie Savage unlikely to feature tomorrow as he’s playing in Reading’s other game against Crawley
