From what I can see Blocks 516, 517, 518 and 519 have sold 50% already. Only a handful of single seats in lower tiers in the South, East and West. Big chunks of available tickets in the East and South uppers
We were in block 119 with my girls for the weekend friendly and it was a great view from there and we was about 10-12 seats away from where the away fans sit. First time I've sat in the East since the new stadium.
My usual seat is where the green dot is on block 252 in the South.
Picture below from the last NLD I was at... (I've been at all bar one since we moved to the new stadium because of illness)...
Taken from my ST seat in block 252. You can see the segregation directly opposite from the stewards and the same is at the end of block 119, where the East Stand concourse is segregated for the away end.
Spurs fans are in the blocks above (top tier).
The only difference is clubs with less following don't get the middle tier.2 -

If we ever fill in the SE or SW corner the first thing we'll do is make it the away corner, and redevelop the JS into a much better facilitated stand with boxes and home fans in it7

I am on 565 loyalty points which put me in the OR Valley Gold phase 7 for West Ham and puts me in phase 5 for Spurs. I often find myself roughly in line with the OR Valley Gold phase I sometimes think they use my points as the barometer!
I’m sure someone could crunch some numbers out of this to estimate how many people are in the high phases. I suspect if we had a smaller allocation a lot more would have been sold by now. Could be groups of people are waiting for everyone to be eligible before purchase knowing we have nearly 6k tickets. I could get 2 now but need to wait for phase 7 to get my 4 all together. Probably lots of people in a similar scenario I expect phase 7 the infamous OR Valley Gold phase is when sales will accelerate quickly.1 -

For anybody needing to get back to Kings Cross or Victoria, realistically the best way will be a very brisk walk of 30 minutes to Seven Sisters tube station.If you get lucky with the buses they have bus lanes down the high road so you could get back in 15 minutes.1

We had 3k tickets for West Ham and VG = 570 points
5.7k tickets for Spurs and VG = 530 points
So I suspect we have around 1000 people with 570+ points and maybe ~2000 with 530+ points, something like that?1 -
Also I think a fair few people are waiting for the middle tier to open up, I know I am0

The service you mention, 23.35 involves a change to bus replacement at Winchester and another change at Southampton.
Not an insurmountable problem, but without boring you with details I have had so many issues with South Western Railways recently that I don't want to have to rely on them anymore2
