Wonder how many are left in people's baskets... Do I continue refreshing?
I’d say yes . They are holding baskets for 45 mins…. So… 2.45 may see some pop up
    It's an hour now

Are we currently on Phase 8?

any chance it goes to 9?
Almost none, Loads of us sitting on here hoping odd tickets come up via "timed out" baskets

Spurs have loads of casual fans, who'll snap up tickets, especially if they look half decent on Saturday. Plus it's an attractive game for football tourists. I'd be amazed if they don't get at least 55k.

i know this has been done to death but i do think the 2 ticket per person thing should be looked at and how have people managed to add additional to their baskets ???

The only way you can add additional tickets is have your account linked with someone else, that person must have enough loyalty points or VG.

Actually it's a bit more complicated than that, for instance you can add 8 tickets, wait until the time passes, then release them and immediately re-choose them, and the timer starts again, and keep doing it until you get to a point where you can allocate them to other family members with a lower threshold, if they're linked to your account.

Wouldn't recommend it as you run the risk of someone picking up the tickets in the few moments they become free, but it does work as that's how a mate of mine managed to get a load of playoff final tickets together, despite him going to a lot of aways but the rest of his group only being ST holders

I can see how that works, but there’s a chance of losing them.

Oh man. Had to deal with something at work and missed this. Gutted.

Having just read back I realise that I wouldn't have been able to get two together anyway.

  • Thought my time was 2.00pm (515 points) so was quietly  fuming! At 1.15 I thought I'd give it a try.... Got a single ticket within 30 seconds!
At that time the first block I tried had at least 10 spaces left. I clicked on best available and paid straight away! Wish I had tried the same for West Ham. It's still worth a go!
Well I’ve just tried on 525 points and I can’t buy. Are you sure you only had 515 points?

Have you got Valley Gold? It's 530 points OR Valley gold currently.

Double checked and I've now got 530 points!
Where the other 15 came from since I checked for West Ham can only be the first two games of last Season. Sorry all ( although nearly more sorry myself!)

A surprisingly low starting level 590. Starting at such a low number, it seems a bit silly to have the separate VG phases in the early phases.

It obviously makes no difference, but it seems wrong that someone who's been to just about every game home and away and has 750 points is below someone with 590 + VG.
Once again, everybody knows that VG gets you priority for tickets, if someone fails to sign up for it, too bad, don't moan if you miss out.

If you can't afford it, then that's a shame, but I can't afford a second home in Mauritius, I don’t moan about it every holiday.

Pointless. The 2 ticket should be banned. The unintended consequence is it disadvantages season ticket holders. It is obvious.

@TellyTubby but should someone with just valley gold get priority over season ticket holders who have done a handful of aways ?

    Doesn't mean I am wrong though 😃

Yes. Seems like I've missed out with 515 points and VG.
This was clearly and obviously going to be a popular game.
Very little travel for most fans and a premier side in a state of art ground.
If the second ticket goes to named person on the official fanbase, it may be slightly better but even then there are fans who are more committed to supporting the club.
Hope we win so I can go to Man Utd again, or maybe City would be a nice change.

If you've got Valley Gold membership why didn't you jump in at 11 am when Phase 7 was opened up to those with 530 points OR Valley Gold.

There were plenty of tickets then ...

I wasn't talking about VG as a whole, I was talking about the weird points choices for the top phases, where 590 + VG ranked higher than 750. I also said that it obviously made no difference, but simply noted that it felt wrong. And I'm Phase 2 anyway, so not an issue for me. 590 + VG was Phase 5 for West Ham incidentally.

And my first comment was about the sheer number of phases having the separate VG level adds. They could easily have had

    1) 590 + VG or 620
    2) 570 + VG or 590
    3) 550 + VG or 570
    4) 550
    etc

    Removing 2 unnecessary levels

What is technically the block with the best view?
Can’t imagine there isn’t a good view in that stadium to be honest, haven’t been so not speaking from experience.
Not a great view if you have to watch Spurs play every other week though.

Those that still need who were elegible before 4pm, I'd hammer the F5 key NOW, as folk who have been hanging on with tix in baskets will have to release again before the next phase at 4pm comes and they can allocate mates.

You could still get lucky if you're quick off the mark.

I’ve got Valley Gold and a season ticket but only 515 points. Couldn’t get in quick enough at phase 8 so it’ll be the Spurs hospitality for me. More than I want to pay but hey-ho

I don't have any problem with regular away goers having first dibs but i think there could be a tightening up on the 2nd ticket - if one person regularly buys for both who go away then maybe the second persons details should also be held / registered and their points built up separately - don't think that's too difficult to do.
