When Phase 7 began (530+ points OR VG) there were a handful of seats left in the lower tier ... but the middle tier (Blocks 420-424) didn't look like they were opened up until then so there was probably a minimum of a couple of thousand seats on offer.Covered End said:

I went down to the TO yesterday for 11 am sale. As I thought if there were any problems online, I would be able to get the tickets from the TO. Did the same last week and got 2 on my phone and left the queue, I was 3rd inline.
Yesterday I was after 6, so waited in the queue, all sorted by 4 minutes past 11. Asked the question how many we had sold, was told 3.5k put that figure was raising very fast.I had a quick look around the shop and was about to leave when one of our group was struggling to get tickets, I said I would get another two, he sent me his fan ID and I got two more tickets, left The Valley at 11:17. It seems a hassle free way of getting tickets.3 -

I always go down to the ticket office to buy tickets, i always have all the details written on a piece of paper of the people i'm buying for, ID numbers, age categories, etc & have found staff very efficient.5

if changing vg priority, i would imagine it would be from next season but as i fully believe if you remove the level of priority vg gets then you would see a reduction in numbers renewing. the only other way to do it would be a chunk of points for vg members at the start of each season.2

You had priority at 11am on Thursday and there were thousands of tickets available to buy then.
For reasons that you have kept to yourself (your choice) you didn't.
You then wait until the thousands available to purchase sell out and start ranting about taking legal action.

I get its a bit more work for the ticket office but i think the capturing of the data / points collection for the 2nd tickets purchased for normal away games is something that needs to happen over a couple of years before that data is used as i'm sure there are loads of fans who have gone to loads of away games who's mate has always bought the tickets so they have no loyalty points - nobody wants to exclude / penalise the regular away goers like that - i certainly don't. Since 3:25 I’ve received 13 confirmation of ticket purchase e-mails for the Spurs game. But only one of the two tickets were attached to one of the e-mails. Anybody else having problems?0

The Loyalty Point scheme is not really designed to work with Valley Gold, if it was a stand alone scheme, it would work fine.DOUCHER said:

The ticket phases would be just points & only people who have the required points in each phase could purchase tickets, in other words one ticket for each qualifying person.
This is how nearly every other clubs schemes work.
Unfortunately for Valley Gold i fear any changes to the points scheme would seriously damage the Valley Gold membership numbers.4 -
