And we all called them crazy for saying we'd go down0

Three teams in the worst form in the league: Watford, Norwich, Charlton.
We can’t be losing back to back games by two goals against the other two.Something needs to change quickly otherwise we’ll be back in the third tier for another extended stint with no money. 👍11 -
I hope so but can see him saying something completely mental and everyone from other sides laughing at him/the club again. All feels a bit grim right nowfenaddick said:
No, he's stopped doing that. He'll say we should have had the goal but that it isn't an excuse and we have to be better and not make stupid mistakesYannTheMann said:I can almost guarantee Jones blames the disallowed goal on this loss and ignores every other minute of poor play from us

Congratulations Nathan Jones on your contract for lifeForeverAddickted said:AberystwythAddick said:
Let’s just continue with the same shit week in week out then. BrilliantForeverAddickted said:Yeah lets see Jones gone now, and replaced with someone who makes no difference.Penny might drop on here then
These are the owners who hired Michael Appleton...MrBurns said:
It can't continue like this though. I can't see him turning this around. At least give it to someone else and see if we can stay upForeverAddickted said:Yeah lets see Jones gone now, and replaced with someone who makes no difference.Penny might drop on here then0 -
Have we won a game since doc left? I know a lot on here won't have criticism of Lloydy but he's no captain. Not sure who else is mind...2

Which is exactly why sacking him would be stupidDamoNorthStand said:

You cant expect anything to change if you just accept the status quo.
You may well be right - in fact there is a good chance you will be.
If nothing changes, we will go down.
If something changes, we may go down still, but we may turn it around.
As it happens - I dont think anything will change. Ownership has checked out. Wont be paying his contract off and if they do we will find a poundland replacement.3 -
Least Jones has got 10 minutes to prepare his 'I will take responsibility but here's why the players are actually at fault' interview for the 8th time running.3
-
That's a low head not a high boot. Ffs0
-
3 players in the box & the cross from TC is not good enough.

Mbick replaces JRC and we have basically no midfield2

This pathetic.0

The underbelly of this side is so soft. We are like a really shit Crème Brûlée. Turns up and looks great on initial viewing, penetrated once and ends up looking like and tasting like dog shit.1

IMO the only mistake NJ made today is playing Edwards3
-
Nathan seems blind to what the problems are with his football0

If Jones goes we're not bringing in anyone from the wishlist, will probably be someone like Andy Woodman who has just been harshly sacked by Bromley, but nothing to suggest he'll hack it at this level... Or perhaps Gary Rowett who has just had two awful spells at Oxford / LeicesterAt least we're in a position where its better the devil you know, this is Jones' squad so he can at least try and work with them, rather than a new man come in and dismantle everything - Oh yeah and the new man won't get any money as like you say the ownership have checked out.2 -
Don’t forget that if TC’s shot and deflection had gone in and our goal was allowed, it might have been a different game, lol.0

10 mins to go & the North Lower is half empty. People voting with their feet.1
-
A few horrendous results in a row. Really bad.Ownership let us all down with the expenditure this summer. This is on them5
-
Damo I think your last paragraph is absolutely bang on. Owners checked out in the summer hence the completely underwhelming transfer window , they won't be doing any kind of managerial changes whilst they're actively trying to sell the club.DamoNorthStand said:

Needs must - notwithstanding the incomprehensible post-match interviews, maybe they need to approach Scott Parker. Though perhaps we're too poor a proposition for him.

A back 4 nullifies the strengths that make Lloyd Jones and then attacking play hasn’t evolved to justify it so we don’t create much and now look weak at the back.stjohnshill said:Biggest worry this season is how poor we’ve been defensively. Last season we knew we’d keep clean sheets. Doesn’t feel the same this season0 -
On comes Mbick..oh joy...0

To say we look like the Keystone Cops would be an insult to the Keystone Cops. Embarrassing2
-
Just had luck, could've been 2-2, then we get a third goal.1

Why the f**k would Scott Parker come here? - Putting aside his history with usPeanutsMolloy said:Needs must - notwithstanding the incomprehensible post-match interviews, maybe they need to approach Scott Parker. Though perhaps we're too poor a proposition for him.0 -
Exactly this. NJ gets all the shit. Lets have a look at the fucking owners, lost all interest which is evident in the transfer window spend.ozaddick said:
Which is laughable, they've not spent the money to compete.eastterrace6168 said:Nathan could be on very thin ice with the owners tonight...1 -
Of course you're here. I look forward to reading 900 posts from you saying how shit we are and how you were right.golfaddick said:10 mins to go & the North Lower is half empty. People voting with their feet.0 -
You can't justify losing so easily to Watford and Norwich with the form they were in back to back. Something has to change somewhere. Owners are a joke.0
-
There's no urgency from us it's crazy0
