Don’t forget that if TC’s shot and deflection had gone in and our goal was allowed, it might have been a different game, lol.
And on top of that, if Coventry had closed Magoma down and if Edwards had picked up the man at the back post and if Mesik didn’t stick a foot out for the own goal and if TC had lifted it over the goalkeeper in the first minute, we’d be winning 4-0.

If ifs and ands were pots and pans there’d be no need for tinkers.

Tbf Norwich do have a very good squad. Game changers off the bench.

That rejected 5m for Mbick is really going to haunt us isn’t it
If it was really an evening of the deadline move from Southampton, wouldn't have had the time to use the £5m anyway.
I think no Mbick is better than having him tbh. He's not up to it.
Probably isn't in the squad from next week anyway if we can get 20 out of Godden.

I don't think we can say we're not trying here... Which IS a change to recently. They're just all over the shop.

And yeah, Lloyd Jones is a pathetic captain. Good player, but not a leader whatsoever
People thought this was an absurd thing to question. Love the guy but he has a very reserved personality and isn’t much of a talker he’d rather just play. The problem is there isn’t a viable alternative in the squad right now.

They hadn't won in 6 games. Just like how Watford hadn't won in how many games. Funny how it's always us they decide to come good isn't it

    Andy woodman?

People may scoff at this but his man management skills did wonders at Bromley, it won't happen though.

The only reason I'd want a change is that a new manager might set us up differently and perhaps encourage the players to go forward more effectively, we've looked cohesive under Jones so rarely that I just don't think he's going to be able to expand us in that regard based on evidence, players are crap, board don't care and manager is seemingly unable to get a tune out of squad. Bad times

The owners only went as far as funding Milli Alli in transfer fees out.

You really think they are gonna pay off NJs contract and then pay the salary he would want?

Biggest downside here is I can see Chalobah being thrown back into the starting eleven potentially too early next week now

Last season they hadn't kept a clean sheet until we rocked up on Boxing Day ...
  • Needs must - notwithstanding the incomprehensible post-match interviews, maybe they need to approach Scott Parker. Though perhaps we're too poor a proposition for him.

No way. If he didn't turn around the team immediately the crowd would be on his back straight from the office like they were with Mickey Apples.  Whether Parker is a good or bad manager (I'm not a fan personally), he would be a very poor fit for us.

Will the eventually returning Chalobah be the Messiah?

Even if only 3 games (9 points).

Once he's injured again, we could make him manager?  :/

Hands all over Mbick in the box there and then TC hauled over, nothing given either time
