there right Dave. Its easy to fall into the happy clappy trap of other places. Nothing beats natural reaction. Normally it will be to highlight out an individual who has shone. But if everyone gets artificially sucked into a der der der mentality, then its downhill from there.

You do a great job mate, keep it up, don't try and force the issue and just simply go with the crowd and natural flow rather than artificially leading.
