Both... glasses for day to day use, contacts when I'm out on the lash or a special occasion...

Can't, and shouldn't wear contacts all the time anyway
  • dont need either, but i do love a bird in glasses.
  • had mine laser blasted!
  • mate had that said one eyes better than the other now,not happy with the results
  • luckily mine have been perfect ever since
  • only wear glasses for puter work but i just couldn't do lenses. the thought of putting my finger in my minces makes me cringe

Really isn't a problem Ledge, you never actually touch your eye with your finger.

Wear mine 12-15 hours a day and probably (naughtily) 13 days out of 14.
  • why can you not where them all the time then?

  • You aren't supposed to wear them everyday as they will restrict the flow of air to your eyes.

So i'm told but optician i'm not..

at least it's not worse than the other one :-)
  • shes a corker salad!
  • I've worn lenses everyday for the past two years now - since my little cherub of a son snapped my glasses in half and I haven't gotten round to replacing them.

Hasn't done me any harm, although I am now officially registered blind.
  • Worn mine everyday for 12-15 hours since I was 20.....and that was a very long time ago....
  • forty five years then tel?
  • I really cant see the point of this discussion ;o)
  • your blinded then mate

I was the same for about 15 years, stopped in the end because it just felt wrong to keep putting things in my eyes every day, wore glasses for a month or two then had the lasers. I might be very lucky, but it is one of the best decisions I ever made.
