I still remember the moment when our 4th goal went in and the QPR supporter in front of us turned and asked why we looked so worried, we were going to win the game.

I was there that day with one of my schoolmates. My parents dropped us off and went shopping.
We stood in the QPR end for some reason.
Don't remember much about it except I always thought Mike Kenning scored a hat-trick.

I was there a few seasons later for the 4-0 thrashing as well. All I remember about that game is "Back off boogaloo" by Ringo Starr playing pre-match.

Use to love this ground up at the Old School End open terrace. 4-1 win and the 1-1 league cup game still stick in my mind.
Underground journey back to Charing Cross always a good laugh.
Remember to close the door Guys.

I was there for this one. I hadn't seen us win away or even score an away goal for what seemed like eighteen months. I jumped up in the air when we scored our first and knocked a copper's helmet off (accidentally)! Luckily he saw the funny side and I managed to stay for the rest of the game. Same result tomorrow will be great!

Went to this one as a 14 year old. We hadn’t won away for about a year and a half and were bottom of table. I still have the programme.

The following week we were at home to Blackburn. The big win at QPR put another couple of thousand on attendance. We lost!

    Was there.
    Kenning was unplayable that day.
As the teams went off for half time an Addick shouted ‘keep batting Charlton’.
