Agree with Tavern's advice. Also if you don't ask the same questions and make accurate notes your memory will not cope with having to make any comparison between candidates interviewed days apart (apart from the tits which are easy to remember). Good line of questioning is to ask for them to give examples of how they have coped with given difficult situations real and hypothetical e.g aggressive customer/client .

Dont let the peep to be interviewed set the agenda re questions ! its a trick i always use when im being interviewed about anything.
