    Did the course on Behavioural Interviewing. cant remember to much about it now. Was all about boby language.

    No crossed arms, ask to take notes, no desks in way etc etc and o yes no dribbling if she is a darling !

    Dont let the peep to be interviewed set the agenda re questions ! its a trick i always use when im being interviewed about anything.
