Forgot, had a week camping in Dorset after Cornwall last summer, so that was the last time, also had another week in north Cornwall at Whit. Must admit I am surprised by how infrequently people on here seem to holiday in this wonderful country - partly to do with cheap flights abroad I guess.
  • Just never done it as a kid Salad. Old man's a cabbie so there was no way he was spending his holiday driving for x hrs, we were getting on a plane or a boat !

Loads i would wish to see in this country, but i like a bit of sun and you can never guarantee it, can you ?

    you should try Egypt AFKA...

I can't remember my last break in England. I did Cardiff for a couple of nights and Dublin for a couple of nights a few years ago but thats it.

I reckon my last week away in England was when I went to Rockley Park in Poole with the family in a caravan. I must have been about 12.

Ah. weegie addick, just worked out your name, you must work with some sheep or hearts/hibs fans.
