Left my seat straight after the final ball was bowled.
Eventualy got on a park and ride bus 40 minutes later(the queues were massive)...then another 20 minutes to the car park....and then(and this is the really incredible bit),1 hour and 20 miuntes to get out of the car park!!! I kid you not it was a mad free for all.... around 1000 cars plus, in a huge field trying to get through a small single lane gap coming from 4 different directions...whoever was responsible for that fiasco needs a size 10 planted firmly up their arse!
I got home to Bromley at 2.30am, having left my seat at around 10.20 pm!!
The Rose Bowl a suitable alternative venue for large international cricket matches(which is what they are propposing)...don't make me laugh!
