Ha ha ha I wouldn't be in the navy but I get what your saying and Mrs palm and her mates don't really help!
I did an endurance go kart race - 3hrs yesterday and hey presto i was asleep by midnight and slept until 7.30 so maybe that is what i need to do every night... May get costly though!
