Francis deal to Bournemouth done but Charlton waiting till replacement signed. Smith deal off as Smith signed new deal on much higher wages and Rednapp wants Charlton to pay all of wages plus a fee.
Gerken is wanted if Elliot signs for Newcastle but seem Robbie has been offered an improved and longer contract as Powell wants him to stay.
McCormack turned down Dagenham as wages less than half of what he is on now. Colchester and Oxford Utd both interested but will be about wages again.
Benson turned down move to Notts Co. Powell can't get the type of forward he wants at present so may wait until loan market starts to move.0 -

Rumours that state one person is moving here to there are semi believable but stuff saying 3 or 4 transfers are going to happen just always seem bollox to me.0

Zak Ansah of Arsenal. CP is Ansah's godfather (he's the son of Andy Ansah who used to play for Southend and still very good mates with Chris). An Arsenal supporting mate told us about that deal at the end of last season. Ansah is a self-professed Man Utd fan who tweeted that he hoped they'd beat Arsenal the day before they met in the league last season! Apparantly a real handful off the pitch but shed loads of ability.

was told his name was Alexis and he's the only French player I can think of who fits the bill : - 0
