    Glad in a weird way it didnt happen on the last day of the season and that we accepted it a while ago. Still feel numb about it of course but haas been on the cards for months and pretty inveitable the past few weeks so time to get used to it.

    Still thoroughly depressing though.

    Talk about summing up our season in one game. Apparently Hudson was turned inside out for the penalty and Hughes was unmarked for the second.

    The rebuilding has to start immediately and has to start at the back.

    and there in lies the problem. Can't hold on or build on a lead. At least a striker scored today . see varney scored twice.

    Barnsley drew anyway, so we couldn't have caught them even if Blackpool hadn't equalised. That leaves just Norwich who also needed to lose all their remaining games.

    Didn't really get into the game but had little in the way of service IMO. Looks like a worker but then again, young kid making his debut - you expect him to chase lost causes I suppose.
