    Ed McMahon, American TV host, voice of 'The Tonight Show'(mainly during Johnny Carsons' years) & actor, died a couple of days before the lovely FF(RIP) & MJ, so maybe that completes the cycle?
    More of a household name in the States, but still of relatively high celebrity 'status'.
