Fnaar fnaar, don't know where to start with this, you guys talking about playing with your rods, it being very hot and the fish were spawning! Yoinks, woof woof. Anyway lbt, think I know who you are and that area behind my back doors is a good place to dangle your rod if you are looking for a bite. Curb it, the canal is just behind my back passage in Hythe and is an anglers paradise, many a young angler have achieved their quota after breaking their duck in the canals round the back of me in Hythe.
We walked from hythe to dymchurch along that canal dowman. obviously didnt mean to walk as far as we did and had to get on a road to get down to dymchurch. 3 hours later. JT who posts on here also lives in hythe.
[cite]Posted By: Les Berrys Tash[/cite]With regard to match fishing verses carp fishing, I go fishing to chill out and do nothing, match fishing is to much like hard work.
I'd be up for a carp match, never fished Pads lake but would give it a go.
Good opportunity for aq social, I know the people who own Orchards and we could book a whole lake and have a BBQ,
Mike, Orchard Place Fish Farm has a website. Its in Paddock Wood, top lake
That short canal walk would of taken you most of the way to Hastings if you had stayed with it long enough. Apparently they have caught carp and even trout in there before. There is also a carp lake behind my house which always seems popular with the fishing nerds. I can't decide if bald1 is fireman Sam or rapping rich?

Enough of this discussion about Baldy, apparently he has been approached by the government to go to Afganistan to sort out the problems there. His diplomatic skills should be very useful!!!
Good to hear from you Mr Dowman, I know you watch the anglers on the lake behind your house and wish you could be that cool!!!
If I try and organise a fishing trip (BBQ and red wine) whoose up for it?

Talking of water, which one of you died in the tsunami?
Wasn't one of us, unfortunately, it was the king of the pseudonyms and he holds my utmost respect for a cracking job of deception, whoever he may be. Even down to the dramatic final scene.

Not been on NA for years so wouldn't have seen it. It might be an imposter. Or he could of faked his death to avoid paying duties on his gold? Medders, maidstone was always the most likely abode of the artist.
last kid free day for me , so up to the little lake in the hills behind my house avec radio with TMS on, nicks the last of the bread and a tin of chick pea's for bait.
