didnt realise he had a knock and at the time we had just defoe upfront. all turned out ok in the end, as Joe Cole held the ball up well when he came on.
I guess the old saying is that you have to beat all the good sides eventually to win the WC but i would still much rather play someone else than the Germans (as is likely)
