Seems strange that a few teams still haven't announced there full line ups, like Cofidis, Trek Segafredo and EF Nippon.

There are some right scumbags out there.

How can you do that to a National Hero just after he's been released from hospital suffering from some serious injuries?

Let's hope they catch the feckers and quickly.

    That’s is utterly horrendous.

Been a mixed couple of weeks for Cavendish now - Got that really bad injury at the Six Days of Ghent, now he's had this robbery to deal with.

On a bright note I saw him announce on Facebook that he's got a contract with QuickStep for next year now.

I imagine of all the pain, injury and physical and mental illness he has endured during his career, this could turn out to be the most traumatic as his wife and children were affected at a time when he was most vulnerable.

A truly horrific crime against a national sporting hero. I sincerely hope they catch those involved and that they are handed out the toughest justice available to the judge.

Blimey, when that photo was taken I don’t suppose the winner of the bbc sports personality of the year had been born.

Getting a feeling that the Tour last summer wasn't a last hurrah for Mark

Already has two Stages wins this year

Cavendish has become the first ever British winner of the Milano - Torino

    Oldest race in the world!!

Part of its going be down to Morkov (His lead out man), but its an impressive sprint from Cavendish given the distance he still has to go on his own - A individual time trial, and then two flat stages in Denmark to start the Tour de France this year. Dont think we'll have to wait long for Stage win number 35.

Superb … quite a quandary for his team manager at the TdF … Jacobsen or Cav

Be surprised if they dont go for the romantic approach again

Jakobsen certainly has the better results this season - But seems he's never been to the Tour

    Experience or Youth!!
