Spurs ticket swap - lower for upper?

if someone behind me asks me to sit i will if someone starts being lemon to someone unable to stand or just prefers to sit i will make them sit.

Gonna judge this one on the day, got a ticket near the front of the upper tier so hopefully standing but if people around me are sitting- that is fine. Sitting will not stop chants/songs/noise etc.

Also we do not know what the stewards are going to be like- they may be fine but may also be really vigilant and make people sit.
