Can't see it but if so, it just about sums Liverpool up these days. Never a big fan of his when at the Valley. Never lived up to his potential and blew hot and cold. Maybe they're building a team ready for the championship next season?
[cite]Posted By: The Red Robin[/cite]Not a massive shock. Liverpool are no better than a mid table Premier League club and that's probably the level Jerome Thomas is at as a player.
im guessing that means stewart downing turned liverpool down again to stay at villa (to set bent up) or is thomas a secondary target incase they dont get downing

Really? Surely not the same Jerome Thomas who didn't even look Championship level for us a couple of years ago

Watford have a poor record when it comes to bringing through academy players, maybe with Brexit affecting their network system, they're having to give more emphasis to it now.

Spot on.
Some of these comments have aged well lol
They were 12th when they sacked Hodgson that January.
I liked this and then took it back. JT went downhill quickly after Curbs left which leaves a bad lasting impression but at his peak in 2005 ish, he wasn’t far off an England call up.
Peak JT was better than Gudmundsson at CAFC.
No doubting that Gudmundsson was also made to look even better than he already was by having to deal with the circus around him. Peak JT vs peak Gudmundsson at Burnley is a different conversation and probably a lot closer.

Nah, even when at Charlton Gudmundsson was better than Thomas.

To be fair, that was under Pardew.

True story
How far can that club fall? How long before they announced they have swooped for Amdy Faye and Denis Rommedahl?
You must be looking for a LOL ?
Head of an academy recruitment at a team that was in the Premiership last season is big business.

Linked up well with Bartlett.
Form fell off a cliff a bit with injuries, but he was good for about 3 seasons.
