Interesting thread for myself as i DO NOT HAVE A TV and although i have an ibm thinkpad laptop my premises is UNLICENSED PROPERTY as i don't have a tv licence,i do not download or stream or watch ANY TV from my laptop.
I run my laptop with a dongle connection very basic, i have been assured that my laptop isn't able to get tv in it's current format.
What's my situation regarding the tv licence and since i dont have an xbox digital box,games console or dvd/vhs recorders or mobile phone that can recieve tv will i be okay.
They The BBC HAVE WRITTEN TO ME AND ARE GOING TO PAY ME A VISIT.

Its my fourth year using the dreambox.Highly recommend it.With a motorised dish you can basically choose to watch live any Premiership,Serie A and B,Liga and Bundesliga
match.The trick is finding a reliable server.Works out much cheaper as well.New HD Dreambox is the buisness.
