See John Eustace went from Watford to Derby a few days ago - i know he's 31 now but reckon he could have been a good leader and organiser for us in the middle of the park with a lot of know how. Charlton's a lot closer than Derby.

Matt Taylor from exeter would be a good signing.

Derby are apparently after Waghorn - also I don't think he's the big type of striker that Powell wants to play alongside BWP

Powell was after Porter from Derby on loan, got Nouble instead, but Porter now available on a free.

I was very impressed with William Grigg at Walsall just seemed to have bags of enthusiasm compared with most of our players.

Yanick Bolasie - 21 year old solid, strong, fast left winger to replace Reid (We could take advntage of their financal problems and get him for a small fee) and hopefully BWP can help persuade him to come here and not to Brighton or Southampton.

Bolasie is a decent shout and if Semedo leaves, I wouldn't be surprised to see Carl Fletcher being linked too.

I wonder if Diego Poyet will get a game or two?

Danny Green and Yanick Bolasie would offer the creativity and running we have missed this season

Would love Bolasie to come in but I'd expect he'd end up in the Championship. Danny Green would be possible though.

I'd hope that we'd have already started work on Green. Benson will obviously be here next year as he's come back into the frame of late and with D&R going down we're only down the road if he wants to stay on in L1.

Dale Jennings at Tranmere has been getting rave reviews this season and would like to see us move for him, strong quick forward and good foil for BWP - potentially could get a Championship move and maybe reluctant to move South but with Tranmere's financial situation we could afford to try.

Jennings is attracting PL interest and interest from Bayern too. May be out of our reach !!

It's not quality of the players so much as the character in the players that should interest us. Another season of journeymen pros content to take a salary and go missing or strangely lose the ability to pass the white round thingy to one of their colleagues and I'll be joing Ooohahh and LargeAddick on the cliffs at Beachy Head.

Green, Bolsie, Paynter... These ae the types of players we need to win this league!

They could also cope in the C'ship if we were to go up...

Paynter at Leeds is actually not a bad shout, has strugged to score at Leeds and got a run in the side at the end of the season so Grayson will have an idea if he is good enough for them. Of Course, his injuries can't have helped at start of season but maybe they would be willing to let him go.

Just the type of striker we need, not expecting him to repeat his 28 goal haul from last season but would surely weigh in with a few in League 1 and would be a good foil for BWP.

Think Paynter and Mccormark formed a nice partnership for leeds towards the end of the season with both fit. Grayson may want to see how far that can take them.

    Don't sign anyone.

Play the youth team plus those who are still in contract.

Will end up with the same result at the end of the season.

    If possible:

    Sullivan (looking likely)
    Bessone
    Jack Hobbs
    Franck Queudrue
    Danny Green
    Bolasie
    Carl Fletcher
    Dean Parrett (loan)
    Nathan Ecclestone (loan)
    Paul Hayes
a big striker (god knows who)

I think the gap between high League 1 and low championship isn't that big. The best Championship teams are a million miles away from the worst league 1 sides.

How about Steven Thompson who has just been released by Burnley, yes not 20-goal season man, but he has a physical presence which has often caused teams trouble, he would probably move to a championship side though.
