It's nearly two years since i was told i had Pancreatic cancer and i'm still around minus a pancreas , spleen , kidney & colon and i still have cancer . Let's hope he has more than twelve months. Good Luck Sven

People hold a lot of affection for Sven despite England not being brilliant under his tenure. Bloke had of character and liked his women which normally helps.

Fans have launched a campaign calling for former England manager Sven-Goran Eriksson to achieve his "dream" of managing Liverpool Football Club.

Reds supporters have called on the club to allow the 75-year-old Swede to manage a Liverpool Legends home game against Ajax Legends in March.

I hope he is fit enough to do so and that the authorities at Liverpool allow him to do so, even if he can only play a nominal role as manager.
