Yes, I can't deny it, I preferred Francis last season but the lad has come on leaps and bounds to be fair.

He hasn't surprised me-other than Millwall a couple of years ago when he played left back, I don't remember him ever putting a foot wrong for us even when he played sporadically. Didn't he come on in a Championship game years ago and look totally comfortable then as well? Norwich springs to mind.....

As things stand, Hollands gets my vote-that is very much subject to change though!

Despite the criticism of the thought, if things stay the way they are I feel that we should treat a special season in a special way. If we were having the Dinner this weekend, imagine that we have won the League with a record amount of points, most goals scored and least goals conceded, and at least half the team are genuine contenders. The winner would know that he had only edged it, and would be aware that it really was all about a team effort.
For me we would have the whole squad behind the curtain, and would announce that for the first time ever in the history of our great Club, the winner is the First Team Squad. I would certainly want to be there for that.
Additionally, think of the publicity we would draw from such an occasion, and how many potential supporters would look and say ' I want to be there next season for sure '.
