arguing with the people who are bullying and abusing me on this site!
Not really clear who has bullied or abused you. You got your leg pulled on another thread.

Can I ask how old you are?

didn't hear any 'abuse' being levelled at Clarke..granted there were moans & groans but that's what you get when you sit in the East stand

T'net police have been informed. A poorly discussed attempt at grooming if ever I saw one.

I can see your cyber tenticles spreading.

You are all more than welcome to agree/disagree or be totally indifferent to what Matt writes in his weekly blog.

What I will clarify is when readers here mistake these fan blogs on our website for being journalism.

It isn't journalism and nor does it claim to be, they are blogs/columns/opinion pieces written by fans and not reports. There is a big difference.

Why has it got to go to news shopper? All he is doing is creating bad press.

Why not post a comment on here and then go to bed, I think someone is trying to further there career... At the cost of some bad press for Charlton.

The News shopper is becoming a soundboard for some right idiots . They need to think very carefully about the fan content they use because what I have seen recently it will only damage what reputation they have.

Like others have said, I'd prefer to focus on the positive side of this campaign. Let's face it, we could be in the champions league final and someone would still moan about certain individuals.

I have never booed or shouted abuse towards one of our players, no matter how bad he was playing. During the Parky period, I would have probably done so, so I did the logical thing and stayed away.

Don't get me wrong, if one of our own has a bad game or I don't think he's good enough to wear the shirt, I will say so either to my mates, on here or to anyone who gets cornered by me.

I know it's annoying when you hear a fellow supporter slagging off one of our own but they're (usually) a minority. so let them vent their spleen whilst the rest rest of us enjoy the ride.................
  • I'm sorry.

I'm exactly the same Tango, though Big Mig did come close to getting a volley up at Colchester last season!

If they're writing blogs, why don't they just start a blog? Why would you put a blog on a newspaper website if it's not to increase traffic to your site and increase advertising? You even come on here and use Charlton Live to generate hits. If you are making money from it I would have though the very least you would want to do is ensure that the facts are correct, or have someone proof read it, or am I missing something?
  • everyone is welcome on this site so stop with the stupid remarks and leave me alone! white, black, fat, thin, tall and short everyone is welcome on this site and there is no place for bully's like you in society!

Someone should write a blog about the moaners moaning about fans moaning. He mentions Weavers save but I bet he wasn't even there. I suppose a week without a game he has got to say something but writes a load of nothing. Can't wait until his next column.
  • I guess moaning comes when you desperately want your team to play well and win, but things don't quite go to plan - part of human nature. Having said that it's always disappointing to hear incessant grumbling - particularly from fair weather fans who have been noticeably absent for the past few years...two miserable old gits behind me at the Bury match please take note.

    @newsshopper

Shame on you... either take responsibility and support the people who write for you, particularly when they do it for free...or don't print the article / blog/ column/ opinion piece...it's your decision, you are the Sports Editor

Behave like a leader and grow some cohunas.
