I may be wrong on the contract, but it was said on BBC text that he was to be released at the end of this season and I made an assumption, obviously wrong, that the contract was ending. Nothing surprises me on who Charlton sign - just look at some of the greats that have chosen us over others. This is very top end though! Also do not take this as how 'Charlton Fans' are thinking. It is just me on my wish list, which also includes Messi and Renaldo.
