Going all the way to the keepers taking the pens at this rate.
    I was right. : )

I feel so bad for Simonsen, he kept them in the game single handedly.

Bit of a sympathy for Simonsen there. Looked absolutely gutted.

Sheff Utd undone by their lack of strikers at the end of the season. I think with the addition of a decent striker, they will be one of the favourites for promotion next year (unless they have financial problems, that I don't know about).

Huddersfield lucky that Sheff Utd lost their strike force. They will struggle next year unless they add a lot of players to their team. They need to keep hold of Jordan Rhodes to have any chance.

Simon Grayson, x3rd promotion from league one. The Leeds vs Huddersfield game will be an interesting game.

Well done Huddersfield Town in any case.

The ramifications of that will be serious for United. They may lose one or even both of their two good youngsters, Lowton and Maguire. It's very hard to hold onto those sort of players in League 1 and, in addition, they have real financial problems. Quinn might also be on his way if they get a half decent bid.

As for Huddersfield, they need to find someone with a bit of craft in midfield or they will be in for a season of struggle.

Nice bit of drama at the end but, unsurprisingly, not like watching the Champions.

It's exactly the same trophy as ours just says "play-off winners" instead , bigger than the 2nd place one as well.

Ok , but there can't be that much difference in size looking at the following pictures, although that is the Championship play-off trophy. Our handles are gold instead of silver , but apart from that I can't see too much difference.

Yep. Didn't want to bring up the whole unsavoury and terrible episode.

Poor game but exciting end. Feel for Simonson as he was the busiest keeper in the game and made good saves. Great respect from Wilson and the Sheff Utd team to applaud Udders at end.

I have absolutely no problem with either Huddersfield or Sheffield United, I detest wednesday so much I can't be bothered to put the first letter of their name in capitals. I feel sorry for the Blades but wish the Terriers all the best (apart from when they play us).
