A good question to ask is 'What is the most important thing you learnt in your last job?'.
A guy I work with worked at a well-known bike shop here in Luxembourg (where the Schleck brothers used to buy their bikes) and was asked this question during his interview with Mercedes-Benz for a sales position.
His reply was: the guys with the biggest guts buy the most expensive bikes!
If you are still looking for an end of interview question how about asking: "If you could be a professional sportsman/woman what sport would you choose and why?"
That should see who is sharp enough to remember all the stuff about being a team player and also being prepared to put the graft in at training to improve performances.

He got the job!
What experience do you have?
How much money do you want/need to earn?
Interviewing someone for this position.
I was once asked, 'if you are unsuccessful with this application, what would you do?'.
Cry,drink, start windmilling through reception ?
Loads of good Qs on here to use in round two.
