I worked in IT for Natwest for many years. My last role was in live support. When Fred the Shred weilded his claymore many quality technicians were shown the door or outsourced, like me, to other companies in favour of RBS operational staff. You reap what you sow.
Really i bank with Natwest and have never had a problem really - not that i can remember. Ive been using their online banking for years now and find it very easy.
