    Just read that McIlroy paid for that lad he brained on Thursday and his mate to pack up their tent and stay in a hotel instead. Sent some people down to help with their gear, give them a lift and gave them £100 for something to eat too.

    Now THAT was a collapse. Feel awful for Scott - but so pleased Big Ern won. He's been on the way back for a few months now, and really deserves it.
