That websites always misprinting, lol, maybe she supports both then, along with Sheffield FC, Hallam fc and Stocksbridge Park Steels lol.
In fact if you google 'Jessica Ennis Sheffield United' it comes up with many different websites stating that she supports the red half of Sheffield. Anyway, as Sam said, she'd get it whoever she supported!

No wonder she has looked sad this year, oh well at least she's doing Team GB proud.
Watched her last event last night in one of the 'live' venues in central Manchester - hundreds of (ordinary) people sitting around in a square drinking and chatting, lots of clapping when replays of the days action came on, but then a massive spontaneous cheer went up halfway through her race followed by lots of animated banter between groups of strangers after it finished. A quite surreal but wonderful experience.

edit. look at the right hand side
pendleton / ennis - wouldn't separate them (not for at least 10 minutes anyway!)
I'd happily give her the worst 4 seconds of her life

the noise of that crowd picked her up & carried her for the last 100m.
