What is the golden goal rule all about. Im doing this for the first time today but cant understand what the golden goal bits all about
If more than one person scores the same points then the golden goal time decides an outright winner. Just select the time of the 1st goal in those 6 games

There was a thread last season discussing how you'd do if you bet on Charlton to win every game. The season so far, using Paddy Power's odds, is like this: Total Staked: 28 x £10 = £280.00 Wins: Blackburn v Charlton - Charlton @ 3/1 (Win) £40.00 Charlton v Blackpool - Charlton @ 7/4 (Win) £27.50 Watford v Charlton - Charlton @ 10/3 (Win) £43.33 Charlton v Peterborough - Charlton @ 8/11 (Win) £17.27 Burnley v Charlton - Charlton @ 13/5 (Win) £36.00 Bristol City v Charlton - Charlton @ 15/8 (Win) £28.73 Charlton v Cardiff - Charlton @ 2/1 (Win) £30.00 Blackpool v Charlton - Charlton @ 15/4 (Win) £47.50 Ipswich v Charlton - Charlton @ 13/5 (Win) £36.00 Charlton v Leicester - Charlton @ 7/4 (Win) £27.50 Total Returns £333.83
Has anyone on here ever tried the 1/10 challenge? You start with a set amount (usually a tenner) and repeatedly bet the money you've accumulated on good value, low risk opportunities (not necessarily 1/10) until you reach your target amount. Withdraw and repeat.
Starts slow but soon adds up. Starting with a tenner:
After 5 bets = £16.11 After 10 bets = £25.94 After 20 bets = £67.27 After 30 bets = £174.49 After 40 bets = £452.59 After 50 bets = £1173.91
You get the idea. Further you continue, the higher you win each time.
I'm giving it a go but I'm starting with only £2 and see how it works out. I probably won't have the balls to carry on past £50 and will keep withdrawing if/when I reach that figure.
Ive done it trying to bet on odds of around even, havent got very far about 4 correct on the bounce. Saying that though I havent done it much, I should really stick at it
