Can always be recalled, fair play, gives him game time.
  • really? I am surprised as I would say we are quite short on central midfielders even with Jonsson.

If this is true im guessing danny instigated the move as he wanted first team football.

Didn't see that coming. I thought he'd have no trouble adapting to the second division as he has so many attributes but he has admittedly struggled a little so far, appearing a bit leggy at times. If it just serves to get him match sharp I'd be delighted to have him back soon. Cracking loan for an already strong Swindon team.

He needs to get his fitness, touch and confidence back - and that means game time. Good for him, and hope he comes back like the Danny we know from last season.

Could free up some wages for Frimpong.

  • I really hope this is on good terms ! He was really integral last season, and I know he hasn't quite made it just yet this season, but I hope this is really just to keep him ticking over..

Doesn't he live in SW London?

Can't be a much longer drive to Swindon than it is to SE9

  • could be a good move if Hollands finds his form, could be an idea to send BWP with him to find some goals
  • I'm shocked!

He is a good player and a good pro (Like nearly all of our current crop). The fans appreciate him. It would be great to see a fully fit box to box Danny Hollands again.
  • Great signing for them, I'd expect another cm to come in soon

oh yeah cos we're mobbed with strikers at the moment!
  • i thought Danny Green was going to swindon
he's prolly not good enough for them
  • I am afraid he has become a victim of the Hollands/Stephens conundrum. Both are good players but play much better when the other one is not playing. Stephens is proving the point at the moment as Hollands did last season.

I agree, and have been saying so for about a year now. Good luck to Danny H.

Pritchard, Sephens, Jackson, Dervite and probably Jonsson are all ahead of him in the pecking order so not too surprising tbh

good move for him imo hasnt looked the same hollands that we had last season, his foot op probably being the main reason

im not sure its Harsh. CP gave him plenty of game time this season and too often he went missing.

I like Hollands, i just think this maybe a step too far for him.

A bit surprised as although he hasn't been on top form this season, I think he has certainly proved his worth over the time he has been here to at least be in or around the squad. Good luck to him though and hopefully we can have him back at a later point.
