I've just got in from working at the new flats by creek bridge and a lot of them are let to Chinese students whose parents are quite happy to pay the £2000/ £2500 a month rents.

There's a few 40 + storey residential developments going up in London at the moment. Nine elms lame and one near canary wharf. Another in Blackfriars.

Also a cruise ship dock coming to Greenwich aswell :-)
