  • I saw Nils Lofgren supporting The Stranglers and The Who at the old Wembley, he played guitar whilst flipping on a trampoline...maybe that's why he had both hips replaced a few years ago!! He played really well (as always) the other night.

    I saw that................your forgetting acdc

  • I know he's supposed to be an awfully nice chap and that but to be honest, I'd rather stick a red hot needle down me jap than listen to him drone on. Sorry everyone.
  • Anyone read, "Greetings from Bury Park", by Sarfraz Manzoor?

A great tribute to Springsteen and a tale of the huge influence that "The Boss" brought to a young man's life.
    Good read.
  • Absolute pile of pony! Too old and needs to hang his mike up!!! Anyone know when Wham! are next due to do anything? ;-)

And don't forget that the sounds system went off during ACDC's whole lot of rosy but continued to play even though the crowd were booing (must have been more addicks there than I thought). Nils Lofgren was great too,
  • Guy I know in New Cross is playing at the Nijmegen gig this weekend with Jamie N Commons (who went to Goldsmiths)
    Black Crows also supporting.
