    From BBC news site.

    "

The 27-year-old foreign national raised suspicions after he ran from the scene to a rough area nearby."

Blimey, understandable comment but a bit rough on Dartford...

    That made me laugh :-)

Cor, just seen that around 140000 motors use the crossing every day. Must make em around the 350000 mark EVERY DAY!

I was driving back down the M20 on Friday evening at about 23:00 hrs. One of the electronic road signs just said "Avoid Dartford" good advice at any time I think.

I saw that sign on the M2 whilst driving home. Thought they should have added "and give Chatham a miss too"..............

What did it say about Gravesham?
  • The M25 into Kent is virtually at a standstill, and the closure of the Blackwell Tunnel hasn’t helped.

I have been stuck for around an hour near Lakeside and I have now given in and returned home. Really pissed off, so much looking forward to today.

No wonder you're pissed off. You've been stuck for eleven years.

You have my sympathies. I would have been really frustrated if I'd tried to go to the game today and hit that.

At least there is the consolation of being able to watch on the box.

Just imagine how pissed off you'd be if, say, you left North Norfolk just after 8am and you may be in danger of not even being there for the second half.

Stuck in traffic trying to get to Rotherhithe Tunnel but might just say feck it and go home instead ☹️

I decided to give it a miss when I knew the Blackwall tunnel was closed.  Soimds like the right choice.

Leyton Orient travel to Charlton on the day the Blackwall Tunnel is closed southbound.
    You couldn't write it.

Thanks for the tip off @Billericay Dickie. Sorry you missed the match. On your advice we drove to Canning Town. Now on a 472 bus from North Greenwich.
