  • The Raider will be happy.....
  • Wealdstone have 5 games in hand on Dulwich & Maidstone so I would say it is theirs to lose now.

Hopefully they fulfill that. Both Maidstone and Dulwich have done really well as promoted clubs, whatever the outcome. Shame that Dulwich's long term future is murky now.

Whats the latest with Johan ter horst, completely off our radar now? on his way to anywhere else?

Euell wanted him, but wasn't backed. Rang him on Saturday night

Lot going on behind the scenes at the mo with a club in higher division whilst other clubs are still showing interest. Something should be sorted within a week
  • Thats a shame, wasn't backed for financial reasons or other reasons? I'm guessing the financial outlay would have been minimal so i don't see the issue considering he's clearly got talent....
Is our interest dead in the water now then or could it be revived

Think Charlton are running an extremely tight ship right now.

Still very much interested but it's just a non starter unfortunately.
  • Ah i see! still very much interested on their part, or on your part, or both?
well perhaps if nothing else materialises could happen towards end of season
    Thanks for the info!
  • He was desperate for Charlton to offer something, put it that way
  • time for some fundraising for a charltonlife funded transfer perhaps?

FT: Dulwich Hamlet 0 Bognor Regis 2. Somehow, we're still top of the league.
  • Good win for Welling last night away at Lincoln. They have now broken the 50 point barrier. Well played.

A 4 - 0 stuffing for Bromley at home to Dover Athletic, but still top of the Conference South by 2 points.

Ebbsfleet stay in 3rd spot after a 2-0 away win at Tonbridge Angels

A 2-1 away win for VCD Athletic takes them 9 points clear at the top of the Ryman League North

Dulwich Hamlet's Erhan Oztumer is on trial at Championship side, Burnley

Good luck to him, although I think he is too small for Championship level, I hope he has the chance to prove me wrong.

Meanwhile despite 3 successive defeats Dulwich continue to lead the Ryman Prem, but it is likely that Wealdstone will overtake them with games in hand and place Dulwich into the playoffs.

    Damn!
  • Just wondering if it's worth The Stones even playing in the play-offs if they can't go up due to the pitch? Seems a bit of a waste of time really.
Win the league, yes, get the trophy and medals etc but compete in a play-off seems pointless.

Tremendous talent. Very small but has just about every attribute as a playmaker/goal scorer. I saw Alan Judge again last night for Bees v Tranmere and Oztumer is a similar player to him...always buzzing between the lines, can cross and never afraid to shoot.

I don't think they'd be allowed to play. Welling are in a similar situation with their ground not being registered for league football. Highly unlikely they'd make the play offs but if they did, I think they'd be barred.

The better team lost! Unbelievable the ref gave a drop ball after giving a penalty. Bottled it completely. Ah well, was a lovely afternoon for it!
